Ski & Snowboard

When the first snow falls in winter, Alto Adige’s landscape is transformed into a true winter paradise. Although we have no ski areas right on our doorstep, winter sport enthusiasts needn’t dismay; all of the ski areas, toboggan runs and cross-country ski trails are easy to reach by car, train or bus.

We can especially recommend Dolomiti-Superski, the largest contiguous ski arena in the world. Here you will find a wide range of offers, since, in addition to the breathtaking ski landscape, a multitude of events take place such as World Cup or European Cup races.

For adventure-seekers, the impressive Alto Adige ice giants offer perfect possibilties for ice climbing, but snowshoe walks through the magical winter landscape also offer new perspectives of nature.

Not to be missed is one of the forest toboggan runs by the light of the full moon…an unforgettable experience! And if you’ve had your fill of sports, you can relax on a romantic and dreamy ride in a horse-drawn sleigh through our snowy paradise.
